SALES PROFESSIONAL

Lakeside Chevrolet is looking for a Sales Professional to assist customers in their search for a new vehicle. 

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers as they begin the sales process
  • Analyze customer needs and assist them in finding the right vehicle to meet those needs
  • Demonstrate features of vehicles to customers both new and pre-owned
  • Close sales and assist customers with paperwork and applications
  • Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic and high energy
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Ability to address and overcome objections
  • Good customer satisfaction and sales history
  • Comfortable on phone or in person
  • Comfortable using computers, specifically CRM in a windows environment
  • Proficient in basic business math
  • Persistent, competitive and good work ethic
  • Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance sales
  • Remove snow as needed and merchandise lot at direction of management

AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Lakeside Chevrolet is looking for a service technician to perform vehicle repair and maintenance. 

Responsibilities

  • Perform work as specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automatic systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, etc.
  • Communicate directly with Service Advisors so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
  • Maintain an organized and safe service bay.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as an auto technician is preferred.
  • ASE Master Certification preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 60 pounds

AUTOMOTIVE LUBE TECHNICIAN

Lakeside Chevrolet is looking for a lube technician to perform vehicle maintenance. 

Responsibilities

  • Perform oil and filter changes.
  • Rotate and balance tires.
  • Perform tire repairs.
  • Perform multi-point inspections of customers’ vehicles.
  • Maintain an organized and safe service bay.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as a Lube Technician is a plus.
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
